Our Midwife clinic in Berlin offers Pregnancy yoga & pilates courses to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit throughout your pregnancy. With this feminine holistic approach to yoga & pilates, learn to tune into what your body needs. The Pregnancy Yoga classes will help you adapt to “yoga for two” throughout the three semesters and post natally. Through movement, breath-work, meditation, health advice & pilates these classes will guide you through every stage of pregnancy while tapping into your natural intuition as a mother.
When the body and posture changes during your pregnancy it can be balanced out through yoga. Pregnancy yoga also helps with back pain as we teach you specific muscle training and relaxation exercises for carrying the weight of your belly. You’ll end each class feeling calm, confident, and courageous.
Pregnancy yoga
Our pregnancy yoga course is a yoga program with special exercises and practices for pregnant women. It is not only a physical practice but also one of the heart that helps you walk in self-love and increase your self-confidence. These classes can help you keep your body healthy and strong as you prepare for birth, calm your emotions, reduce anxiety, and strengthen your connection with your baby and your body. This practice can be perfectly combined with our birth preparation course for couples.
This yoga course is subsidized by health insurance companies as a prevention course. Contact us for more information about the offer and prices.
posnatal yoga
After giving birth, the female body is very sensitive and requires special care. We offer special postnatal yoga classes that you can attend 3 months after birth. Our postnatal yoga classes are gentle and specifically aimed at the pelvic floor.
This yoga course does not replace the postnatal course with a midwife. After completing a rehabilitation course, this course is subsidized by the health insurance companies as a prevention course.
Gentle Yoga for women “Female Yoga”
The course is aimed at women who are in a special phase of life, such as after birth, during menopause or who are simply interested in gentle yoga. So if you would like to attend the course with a friend, nothing stands in the way.
Our previous participants have found it particularly beneficial that women from different phases of life come together, but still share similar experiences. This community and exchange contribute significantly to the positive course experience.
This course is also subsidized by health insurance companies as a prevention course.
